Enismaro

Enismaro mobile interface for verifying product authenticity

Project overview

Enismaro is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that opens after scanning a QR code on the product packaging and allows users to verify its authenticity. Users can explore the product lifecycle — from origin and production to transportation and certification — without installing a separate app or creating an account.

Project context

The client had an initial product idea and several competitor references but no defined product structure or interface. My role was to design the entire user experience from scratch—from information architecture and navigation to the final UI.

The product was designed as a lightweight PWA that opens directly from a QR code printed on product packaging. Without installing an app or creating an account, users can instantly access verified information about a product's origin, production, transportation, and certifications.

Structuring Complex Product Information

Challenge

The product needed to present a large amount of technical information—from ingredients and nutrition facts to certifications, documents, and media—without overwhelming users.

Solution

I designed a two-level information architecture built around three primary sections—Product, History, and Company—with contextual tabs inside each page. This structure helps users quickly find relevant information while keeping navigation predictable and reducing cognitive load.

Visualizing the Product Journey

Challenge

Supply chain events and IoT sensor data are highly technical, making them difficult for everyday users to interpret.

Solution

I transformed complex logistics data into an intuitive timeline supported by contextual filters, allowing users to explore transportation history, environmental conditions, and sensor readings without requiring technical knowledge.

Building Trust Through Transparency

I designed a dedicated Company section that combines business information, production details, legal documents, certifications, and supporting media into one transparent and easy-to-explore experience, reinforcing trust throughout the product journey.

Design Process

From the initial product idea, I designed the end-to-end user experience, transforming complex supply chain, sustainability, and IoT data into an intuitive and trustworthy mobile experience. I also defined the information architecture, product exploration flows, and the way company, certification, and transportation data are presented. Within the budget constraints, I worked through edge cases and error states to anticipate uncommon situations and keep the experience clear and predictable.
