Project overview

Trexim is an enterprise SaaS platform that centralizes transportation management, fleet operations, document workflows, analytics, and partner collaboration. One of its directions is simplifying e-TTN processes for transportation companies.

Project context

My role focused on optimizing a partially developed interface: I analysed user flows and business logic, identified implementation gaps, redesigned complex operational scenarios, prepared solutions for technical implementation, and led the design system’s evolution with the team.

Key Product Improvements

Looking Beyond the UI

While reviewing the product, I identified missing interaction scenarios, inconsistencies in business logic, and implementation gaps. Working closely with the Product Owner and Business Analyst, I transformed these findings into complete, developer-ready user flows.

Making Account Management Implementation-Ready

Challenge

While analysing the user flow, I identified a dead-end in a critical process: users could edit company data, but the product had no verification step, database request, or secure update flow.

Solution

Together with the Product Owner and Business Analyst, I redesigned the flow by adding user verification, database validation, and a secure update process for company information.

Optimizing Daily Workflows

Challenge

Managing orders required frequent navigation between pages, dense data tables, and inconsistent interface patterns, making everyday tasks slower and increasing cognitive load.

Solution

I simplified navigation by moving the tabs from the sidebar into the usage context, directly above the table. This made it possible to filter and manage requests quickly within one workspace. I also optimized the table data structure and accounted for responsive behaviour and accessibility.

DESIGN SYSTEM

The design system already existed, but it was fragmented, inconsistently connected to the interface, and difficult to maintain. I planned its optimization process and, together with the team, reorganized its structure, connected it to the product, and extended it with custom elements based on Ant Design.

Design Process

My contribution went beyond interface design. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I helped refine business logic, identify implementation gaps, and design solutions that were both intuitive for users and practical to build.

Every improvement focused on making complex enterprise workflows feel manageable while creating a scalable foundation for future product growth.

  1. Step 01 Identified business logic issues
  2. Step 02 Validated user flows
  3. Step 03 Optimized user flows and functionality
  4. Step 04 Prepared flows for future integrations
